FROM CANADA TO ANTIGUA AND BACK
He was born in Montreal, QC, Canada, to an Antiguan-Barbudan father and a Barbadian mother. He was raised in St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda, and after spending some time in the United States of America, in 2018 he returned to Canada when he began studying at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick. In 2021 he relocated to Halifax, Novascotia, to join Dalhousie University. "I came from a split household, so I moved around quite a bit in my childhood. We had several different houses and I moved from different cities to cities, and for me, growing up, swimming was the only constant thing that didn't change. Specially after I hit my teenage years. I had to reset, move schools, meet new people, and swimming for me was the only sort of structure I had to keep me in a routine growing up."
