When and where did you begin this sport?
He began playing water polo in 1993.
Why this sport?
"I didn't really think of water polo at first. I swam all the time, and my brother and I went to swim lessons. I also played basketball, I played football, I played a lot of sports, and then I got bored of swimming because it was very monotonous. My parents then took me to the BVSC club to play water polo to make us stay in the water."

He announced his retirement from the Hungarian national water polo team after winning bronze at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. "I am amazingly happy. In September 2020 he joined the sports squadron of the Hungarian Defence Forces. "When I joined the Honved [in 2020], I didn't even think I would be a soldier. Then they mentioned the sports squadron, where I can serve as both an athlete and as military personnel.
