When and where did you begin this sport?
She began swimming at age three and began playing water polo at age seven.
Why this sport?
She already practised swimming and her brother was a water polo player. She used to stay and watch him after training and one day she decided to try it out for herself.

Injuries
She suffered a shoulder injury during the final of the 2014 European Championships and was sidelined until January 2015. She underwent surgery in May 2015 when she discovered the injury involved a fractured bone, a tear and an ulcer. She could not return to training until September 2015 and had discomfort for almost a year.
