"My mother took me swimming after I was diagnosed with scoliosis at age nine. After a short course of swimming exercises, I saw a synchronised swimming training session and I said firmly, 'Mum, I want this!'. Certainly, I didn't know the name of the sport then but I realised that I was crazy about it." |
