When and where did you begin this sport?
He began swimming at an early age in Sete, France, and took part in his first open water race at age six.
Why this sport?

Other information
He is part of the Swim4Sea project, which aims to raise awareness of environmental issues such as water pollution. In 2021 the project organised a swimming race in Etang de Thau, a string of lagoons along the French coast. "This is a first in our region. The only other event of this type is the Morocco Swim Trek. He has a coaching diploma from the National Training Institute for Swimming Activities [INFAN] in France. He has worked as a swimming coach at Sete Natation Entente Dauphins-Dockers [SNEDD] in France, and in September 2018 he was appointed head coach of Neptune Olympique Frontignan [NOF]. He has also served as the official coach of the Traversee du Lac Tremblant annual event in Mont-Tremblant, QC, Canada.
