COACHES SWITCH
After the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo she and her partner Marc-Antoine Olivier decided to part ways with their long-time coach Philippe Lucas and relocated to the Canary Islands, Spain, to train under French coach Frederic Vergnoux. "I think we both wanted to experience something new. I had the feeling from months before that something was not ok in training. That happens to everybody, there's always sometime in which there is the need of something new. We're going there to improve and take a step forward in international competitions." However, the adventure in the islands ended a few weeks later. "We were just three in the group and we could not be training all year long in such a small team," said Olivier. They both then opted to relocate to Italy to train with coach Fabrizio Antonelli in October 2021. (ffnatation.fr, 05 Sep 2021; lequipe.fr, 10 Oct 2021)

GOLDEN COUPLE
Her partner Marc-Antoine Olivier has represented France in open water and pool swimming. In 2021 she spoke about the benefits of being in a relationship with a fellow athlete. "We are pursuing the same performance objective. We share the same daily life. It is certain that in the evening, when you come back from training, it is more pleasant and easier to be with someone who knows what you are feeling. We motivate each other every day, we help each other in all aspects and at all levels. We kind of form a golden couple." (ffnatation.fr, 12 May 2021)
