KEEPING ON AFTER RIO She was unsure of her career plans after the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro but decided to continue competing. "It wasn't always the intention to carry on but I didn't want to go into the [2016] Olympic Games thinking this would be my last ever swim. That would have added extra pressure. When I went to Rio and swam a personal best time, I couldn't leave the sport when I love what I do and am still improving." (bbc.co.uk, 17 Apr 2017)
