INTERNATIONAL RETIREMENT In November 2021 she announced her retirement from the Spanish national team. "Elite sport is tough, very tough, and at the same time it gives you memories for life. I am lucky to finish this stage of my career satisfied and thank each of my colleagues for every moment. I will miss the adrenaline of a European championships, a World Cup or the Olympic Games a lot, but what I will miss the most are the times spent together with the team."
