DUET PARTNER She has been competing in duet events alongside Linda Cerruti since age six. The pair competed together at the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games, and placed fifth in the duet technical routine at the 2019 World Championships in Gwangju, Republic of Korea. "We grew up together and we are like sisters. Even when we are in the water we only need a small gesture, a look, a word and we understand each other straight away and this helps a lot. We are often together 24 hours a day between training, travel and competitions. We have known each other since we were six years old and have never argued." (SportsDeskOnline, 14 Jan 2022; genova24.it, 12 Jul 2019; rarinantes.sv.it, 23 May 2019; repubblica.it, 09 May 2017)
